Hi, I'm Eloise, and I'm here to take the pain out of recruitment for you. I've spent 20 years recruiting for some of the world's best known companies. Now I work exclusively on a retained basis, embedded as your talent partner for the duration of a project, managing everything from job design to onboarding.

My clients are typically founder-led businesses who need to hire well but don't have the in-house resource to do it properly. I work across sectors and functions, for a fixed fee that's typically 30-50% less than working with a recruitment agency, and with a process that's far less stressful.

​Outside work, you'll find me indulging my love of the arts at the theatre, galleries or volunteering at literature festivals. I'm the mum of two amazing young men, and dog mum to my Tibetan Terrier, Lola, who joins me in the office as Chief Wellbeing Officer.
